Interview with Darrell
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Darrell: No, I was remanded to state prison the next day.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Darrell: No one ever bought it up and at the time I
really didn't care. I just wanted to get to
prison and out of the county jail.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Darrell: I never saw anyone do anything stupid, but the
list of infractions were pretty typical. No
fighting, no stealing, no sex, no damaging
county property, etc,etc. They where pretty
rough on that one.
