Interview with Fred

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Fred: I thing 4 different levels of security or blocks.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Fred: I was in G-Unit. I think there was a A, C, and F unit.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Fred: G-unit was for high risk inmates (violent crimes, escapes, or for fighting within the jail. A was for trustees. C and F were for inmates with lesser crimes like dui or theft.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Fred: I liked the fact that I had my own cell in G-unit. In A its a dorm setting so no privacy or quiet time. In my opinion its a lot easier to get along with people when you can have some time to yourself as opposed to having 40 inmates in your bubble 24-7.
