JM: How many meals did you get per day? John: You get three meals a day.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why. John: The food is decent. The only thing is it does not
seem to be enough for adults and the people who
own the commissary company are the ones over the
kitchen now so that is a little fishy. They are
the same ones who sell the snack foods and hygene
the inmates can order twice a week.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals? John: I like the waffles at breakfast and then I like
the burrito meal and chicken meal but I learn to
like all of them.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it? John: The commissary is really a expensive deal but if
you have money then you will buy stuff. The money
they make is nuts. I know that just between my
block and the two beside us the guards said there
was four thousand dollars spent that day. That is
like 120 people!
