JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)? Kyle: We were given jump suits, shorts, shirts, boxers, and socks. Alan: you ncould get underwear socks that was it they
supplyed you with the rest of youyr stuff Mary: NOTHING absolutely nothing everything that you
had to wear socks underwear and bras ect. was all
from the county jail you had nothing personal at
all
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you. Kyle: Yes. It was a blue jump suit. Alan: you got a light blue shirt a pair of blue pants
they also gave you a pair of flip flops to wear
if your were a trustey you got all orande cloths Mary: the pants were white with orange stripes
horizontal and the word inmate going down the leg
the top was also white but it was short with
orange horizontal stripes with the word inmate
was across the back
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned? Kyle: The larger sizes are more comfortable. Alan: no all the cshirts and pants were the same
matterial and color Mary: no all uniforms were the same males females it
was different for the trustees they wore black
and white stripes
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women? Kyle: Yes. The women wore orange we wore blue. Alan: no all the same color Mary: no all the uniforms were the same mostly orange
