Interview with Kyle, Alan and Mary

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Kyle: No, because it did not apply to me.
Alan: no i bailed out after 20 days so iam not sure
Mary: This was not applied to my case and time in this jail

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Kyle: I believe you get 3 days of good time per month.
Alan: not sure was not in there long
Mary: As far as I know I believe it is either 8 or 10 days a month I am not 100% sure

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Kyle: Any breaking of the rules, such as fighting or having contraband.
Alan: no fights follow the rule book no breaking the rules and listen to the officers also you can get time off for being a trustee
Mary: Avoid talking back to officers and fighting with another inmate. having something like contraband that you shouldn't have. If you are asked to do some thing by an officer just do it. Yes I have seen people lose gain time or good days time for fighting or having sexual conduct with another inmate
