Good Behavior
Interview with Cody and Nicole
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Cody: No, I wasn't serving a sentence.
Nicole: I did not get off early based on good behavior
because I had not been sentenced yet.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Cody: You can't get good time in this jail. You
either have to get your charges dropped or
bailed out.
Nicole: It all depends on your charges.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Cody: See above.
Nicole: In order to get good time or time off, you had to
stay out of trouble. This included arguing or
fighting with any other inmates or the C.O. that
was on the deck and/or breaking any rules. I have
witnessed people get in trouble and not get good time.
