Interview with Mathew
JM: How many different blocks were there?
Mathew: There is A 1-4, B 1-4, so 8 pods total.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Mathew: See above.
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Mathew: There were other guys in my pod for child
support. There were a lot of child molesters in
my pod, and some called it the "cho mo" pod (A-
4). B pods were a lot of drug offenses. Most
of the B pod were black guys.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Mathew: I only saw the one I was on. I never
transferred out because I didn't want to.
