Interview with Mathew
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Mathew: Three.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Mathew: They didn't give you very much. If you didn't
have commissary you would be hungry quite a
bit. It's not that great. The food wasn't
horrible but it wasn't enough.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Mathew: They had something called "boot heel" which
reminded me of salisbury steak, and mashed
potatoes. That was pretty good.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Mathew: No.
