Interview with Burt, Daniel, David and Donald

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Burt: no, i got off early by working in the kitchen, getting 3 for 1
Daniel: No. State jail time if flat time, meaning you do all of it day for day. And I made parole twice on my 3 year sentence, but lost it both times due to rule infractions.
David: Yes, I did my mimium two years then another eight months on my sentence and was released early.
Donald: I got off early for being a trustee that worked in the kitchen.

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Burt: what ever time you are given, none really if you do what your supposed to do then you shouldnt have no problem. the only way your going to get time off your sentence in tccc is if you earn MLC (manual labor credits)
Daniel: Like half time off in TDC, but in the county it's 2 days for the price of one, and if you are working it's 3 days for the price of one.
David: I don't know because I only had my minimum I had to do.
Donald: We were receiving three for one.

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Burt: like i already said., you cant get time off by being good.
Daniel: Don't break the rules.
David: Don't get written up for anything. You could get written up if you didn't shave or had an extra sheet on the bed. It all depends on the Guard.
Donald: I do not know the answer to this question. That was not something that I was aware of or knew it existed. Thanks a lot.
