Interview with Cyle, Caesar, Liz, Samuel, Nick and Teresa

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Cyle: I was told I had to stay in jail for 3 days in order to sit off my warrants.
Caesar: 61 days
Liz: 50 days, (orig 250)
Samuel: 90 days
Nick: my sentencing was for one year
Teresa: i served six months in this jail

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Cyle: Yes, it was very very cold.
Caesar: Yes, I turned myself in at about 9:00 in the morning. Waited to get processed till about 9 at night. During that time, stayed in 2 cells. That is about the norm, according to other inmates. Just takes too long.
Liz: yes, there will always be one after another holding cells at denton county.
Samuel: 24-48 hours in holding judge comes between 7am-10am after u see him u will likely be mOved to general population sometime that night
Nick: i was put in a holding cell until they put me in general population. The holding cell was very small, i had to wait for a blanket and what they call a pad bed, and there was a toilet with a water fountain at the top of it
Teresa: Yes I spent time in the holding cell after sentencing. I spent several hours in the holding cell until i was taken to general population which is a huge cell full of people.
