Interview with Erik and Clayton
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Erik: Yes. By the time I finished the court process I
was credited for time served and released.
Clayton: Yes, I served 8 of the 12 month sentence.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Erik: You can get up to 1/3 of your time off. It is
an assumed thing when they sentence you.
Clayton: 4 months per year.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Erik: No fighting, no infraction of the rules.
Clayton: I never saw anybody lose their time off for bad
behavior.
