Good Behavior
Interview with Darryl, Ralph and Cheryl
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Darryl: No, cause I messed up so I did extra time.
Ralph: no.
Cheryl: Yes boulder gives 5 good days a month so I was
able to get out early
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Darryl: I think its 10 days a month.
Ralph: I don't know, it doesn't seem to happen very
much at this jail.
Cheryl: Im not sure I think you get 5 days a month in the
max sentance there is 2 years so 120 days
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Darryl: If you mess up by disobeying rules or fighting
you can lose the good time.
Ralph: unknown, never discussed amoung inmates or by
the guards
Cheryl: To get good time you really didnt have to do
anything except fallow the rules I dont recall
anyone lossing good time for their actions usualy
they would get locked down
