Interview with Elizabeth

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Elizabeth: You received three meals a day

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Elizabeth: The food was terrible but you had to make the best of it and get use to it because that is all we had besides commissary, so we ate it and did no complaining about the food because ther was no need to complain because there is nothing that could have been done if we did complain

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Elizabeth: No I did nt have any favorite meals, they had to be good because that is all we had is their food

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Elizabeth: Commissary was expensive it was reasonable at one time but the prices went up but as far as snacks offered outside your meals no if you wanted snacks you had to purchase it off of commissary
