Interview with Ron, mike and Brian

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ron: YES I DID GET OFF A FULL 6 MONTHS EARLY BECAUSE THE CITY PROSECUTORS FILED CHARGES AGAINST THE POLICE OFFICERS THAT ARRESTED ME.
mike: Yes gain time was awarded to sentanced inmates,10 extra days added onto your time every month.
Brian: They have what's called "gain-time" this gives you 5 days off per month. You have to be a working and sentenced inmate to qualify.

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ron: I GOT SIX MONTHS OFF BECAUSE OF FORMALITIES AND CORRUPTION ON THE PART OF THE PROSECUTORS OFFICE!!!
mike: 10 extra days off for every 30 you are good.
Brian: I think I got 8 days off of my 45 day sentence.

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ron: DON'T SMOKE OR GROW WEED!!! YOU SEE I WAS GROWING MEDICINAL MARIJUANA FOR PAIN INTENSE MEDICAL PROBLEMS WHICH HAVE LASTED MY WHOLE LIFE!!! I ALSO HAD TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT ABOUT POLICE, PROBATION OFFICERS, AND JUDGES BEING INVOLVED WITH DRUG DISTRIBUTION.
mike: Fights,Dissobedience,Cant get a D.R.
Brian: An inmate needs to be sentenced and working if they plan to get time off or "gain time". Yes, I've seen inmates doing things that were against the rules to loose gain time. Fighting, trying to bring cigarettes in the jail.
