Interview with Jim and Jerry
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Jim: in jail was 30 days
Jerry: Time served and 3 months community control
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Jim: no I had a week to turn myself in but once i
turned myself in yes it was for like 4 hours
Jerry: Yes, sat in a holding cell for several hours after
the judge read my plea agreement and pronounced my
sentence., just about all day. I was uncomfortable,
hungry, bored and frustrated.
