JM: How long ago was your visit?
Kelly: 30 minutes

JM: How many times did you visit?
Kelly: twice

JM: How do you go about making an appointment to see an inmate?
Kelly: Checked in at desk

JM: How long did check-in process take?
Kelly: Just a few minutes

JM: Were the guards accommodating?
Kelly: Yes. Very friendly and helpful!

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Kelly: It's okay. The phones are not very good and they crackle and it's hard to hear. Also, the close proximity to other visitors makes it difficult to hear. Also, When I get a collect call sometimes I can't understand what's being said at all. The phones need some serious repairs.

JM: How long was your visit? Did the guards ever allow you to take extra time?
Kelly: Usually 30 minutes but I have been given 10 minutes more if its not busy.

JM: What was the parking situation like?
Kelly: It was fine.

JM: What advice would you offer to somebody who is going to visit an inmate in this jail?
Kelly: Sometimes you have to be patient but I have found it's easier to get in quickly if you go early in the day.
