Good Behavior

Interview with CC, Kurt, Kimberly, Karen, Ben, John, Ashley and Michelle

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
CC: no
Kurt: I believe my behavior led to being released early on a personal bond. If i hadn't behaved myself I wouldn't have gotten gotten that bond.
Kimberly: No because I was basically just waiting for my court appearance.
Karen: no
Ben: No they kicked me off probation after being on it for 10 years
John: No time was time since i had what was known as a tail The twenty five years over My head made me behave quite well
Ashley: I don't know about that I was never told about that
Michelle: No I don't think anybody could get off early for good behavior

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
CC: not sure none that i know of
Kurt: It depends on judge. I'm not aware of any specific guidelines.
Kimberly: I don't know if they give you days off in county.
Karen: dont know
Ben: 0
John: None to My knowledge lol
Ashley: this does not pertain to me
Michelle: I have never heard of people gettin time off for good behavior

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
CC: not sure
Kurt: Same as life on outside: can't commit crimes against another person, can't steal, can't fight. Most especially, you can't talk back to the correctional officers. If you have an opinion about a CO, you better keep it to yourself. Some offices will push you to test you, to see what your actions are. Don't respond.
Kimberly: I guess it would mean no fights at all... you can't have any confrontation with anyone and never talk back to a CO. If they don't notice you then you're doing good.
Karen: no
John: No never good behavior is a myth as far as i know not one inmate that i know of got any time off and i was there a while.
Ashley: I don't know anyone who ever got time off for good behavior , but I have heard of it but it never pertained to me
Michelle: No I have not witnessed it but if you avoid the hole I assume that's always a good thing to avoid they do look at if your a trouble maker but usually either way your getting whatever time they want you to have there
