JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail? Nelson: Call to see how they are doing. The family can
call in to talk to the Sheriff to check on the
inmate. Make sure they are being treated fairly.
Write letters. Make sure you keep regular
contact between phone and letters. Chris: Pray and make sure you follow all guidelines be
sure you send whites and have money for
commisary. Protect yourself and protect your
stuff nobody cares about you but you and never
forget that Brad: You must be mentally prepared for a journey liie this
one or else you will never make it expect the.worst and
hope for the best on the situation your in
JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them? Nelson: I would say, know how to defend yourself legally.
Basically, don't talk too much. Be cautious with
just about everybody in there. Chris: Prepare for the worse and you are going to be in
a nasty environment. Focus on you and keep your
head up. Bestrong only the strong survive. You
can do this Brad: You must stand up for yourseldlf no.matter what or
people will take your kindness for weakness this is a
very cutthroat place to be you should stay home or else
