JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Nancy: 3 telephones in each pod.
Bryce: Yes as long as you had money on your account. And depending on your security level.

JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Nancy: $2.50 per/call+"fees"=$2.76/call. Only allowed to purchase maximum $20/week for calls thru canteen.Every-inmate spends maximum (unless"indigent"then-no-$-to-place-calls)
Bryce: Basic costs was 50 Cents a minute. They most likely would spend about 50 dollars a week.

JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Nancy: inmates/can/purchase/thru/canteen or family&friends/may/purchase online@mycarepack.com/under/inmates-booking#. howeverALLcalls/are/RESTRICTED/until/phone- time/is/purchased&there/isn't/anyway/to/contact/anyone/to-give- how-to-instructions/to/make/this/happen.
Bryce: No a friend or relative needs to put money on your phone account.

JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Nancy: everytime-a-call-is-made,inmate-hears-a-recording-stating"all calls may be monitored"
Bryce: They recorded every conversation, and could use it against you.
