JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)? Scott: you are only allowed to ware plain white under
clothes,socks,briefs of draws and teeshrits
thats itand they may take then because they give
you there clothes
Gary: NONE. YOU WERE ISSUED A JAIL SUIT AND WORE WHAT
YOU HAD ON WHEN YOU CAME IN, UNLESS YOU WENT TO
COMMISSARY. Armando: Underwear,socks an t shirts as long as they were
white or grey was what you were allowed to wear in
off of the street.
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you. Scott: the set uniform was for men a one piece green
jump suit for women a brown top with brown pants
that it one solid color Gary: WE ONLY HAD JAIL ISSUED ORANGE SUITS. THEY WOULD
GIVE PEO-LE WITH NO MONEY IN THE COMMISSARY A JAIL
BOUGHT UNDER WEAR OR SOCKS OR HYGEINE PRODUCTS. Armando: All uniforms were green. You can't get no more set
then that. It was a green jumpsuit with the letters
MCDC written across the back.
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned? Scott: ther are no assigned clothes in high demand that
an inmate should look forward to only shower
shoes Gary: CLEANS JUMPSUITS WERE IN HIGH DEMAND EVERY OTHER
DAY. INMATES WASHED OUR JUMPSUITS AND CLOTHES IN
THE PODS WE WERE IN. Armando: No. Everyone gets assigned a green jumpsuit no
matter who you are.
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women? Scott: the clothes is different between men and women Gary: I NEVER SEEN ANY WOMEN IN CLARKSBURG BUT ONCE AND
THEY HAD JUMPSUITS AS WELL. Armando: No the clothing was the same
