JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)? Brad: Uniforms....green in color Brit: scrubs Chuck: standard issue dress greens and bobo shoes.

were usually expensive) such as sweat suits, tee
shirts, boxers, thermal long johns, socks,
sneakers and gym shorts. Ben: You could wear white t-shirts, white socks and
grey sweatpants. No strings were allowed. You had
to buy shoes from the jail. Carl: All clothes were taken
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you. Brad: They look like very thick scrubs that nurses
wear in hospitals. Brit: green Chuck: green uniforms. similar in style and appearance
to a nurse's scrubs Ben: The pants were camo carpenters pants and a light
green scrub pants. Some pants were green scrub
pants also and they said 'PCJ' on them. Carl: None---I weigh 150 and was given a set of 4X
uniforms....When I complained---they said get my
weight up..
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned? Brad: no , just try to get the larger sizes so they
dont be all tight on your body.....If you are
fortunate maybe you can order gym shorts or
sweatpants from commissary.....Very expensive!!! Chuck: assigned clothes? no. everybody got the same
green uniform going in. Ben: There were no clothes in high demand they were
basically all the same. Carl: Anything that fit properly----
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women? Brad: No Brit: no Chuck: not that i was aware of. Ben: No the clothing was the same Carl: Unknown
