JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail? Karl: Not really. Jail is jail. Stay in touch with
your family. Christine: Just to talk to the COs . Be persistent and don't let the jail
officials treat you like if you don't have a right to know what's
going on with your loved one . Drew: Its very unsanitary, Keep your hygene up, Expect
to be disrespected by staff no matter how nice
you are to them. In there eyes everyone is a
drug addict or criminal. we all make mistakes
does not make every one bad. Jail is expensive
to be in need commisary to make it.

assets, children . Get all that in order . Be prepared to get take
direction . Let go of your pride . Ask questions don't let the CO
intimidate you . If your not being treated right tell somebody
you trust . Know your rights as an inmate . Drew: Keep to yourself, Try and get into a program
like school. Keep up your hygene, trust no one
limit your friends. Try and stay busy by reading
books or doing a program
