Interview with Luis, Kelly, Cheryl, Tina, Shaylee, Todd, Anne, Robyn, Felicia, Krissie and Marianna

JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Luis: nope not a thing.
Kelly: Do whatever necessary to get them out. One day was more than enough for me.
Cheryl: Just try to support them as best you can, and get them out of there as soon as possible.
Tina: Yes and that would be if you have any meds that you need to take make sure that you do not take them with you to Oklahoma County because they will keep some of them and trow others away and not even tell you
Shaylee: Support your loved ones it makes all the difference
Todd: GET THEM OUT AND FEED THEM. THEY PROBABLY COULD USE AN ACTUAL SHOWER TOO!
Anne: get them out soon as possible there are not living conditions there, lack of cleaning, bugs eating on inmates, no mats, sometimes no blankets people laying on cold floors, use of force unnessary. not fed right take phone away so no concact with family, stuck in cell for days or weeks, fetes on floor from toliets over flowing, staff dont care.
Robyn: DON'T LET THEM GO IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THAT PERSON AND CAN AVOID IT LEGALLY. Get an attorney or a bondsman as fast as you can. If they go in the quickest you are going to get them out of there is at least 30 to 48 hours depending on the charges. I was released at 2:30 in the afternoon before I was taken upstairs and I finally got to leave the building after Midnight. It took them over 10 hour just to process me out and they told my husband it would take 4 to 8 hours. I also heard there is black mold in the County Jail so If you have someone that has been in for more than a week, I would get them to a doctor as quick as you can.
Felicia: Pray for them make sure you write them send them books pictures etc. Make sure you visit them put money on they books do every thang possible so thwy will stay out of trouble

JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Luis: Yea, dont go back ot jail.
Kelly: Dont go in thinking you're tough. make friends quickly
Krissie: Just stay out of trouble because it isn't worth it. It's rock bottom, the worst experience ever. But if you gotta go, just keep to yourself and don't start any trouble with anybody.
Cheryl: Keep your head down, don't cause any problems, follow the rules. Try to stay strong and positive. Just concentrate on getting out and try to make sure you never end up in there again.
Tina: If you are going to have to spend time in jail do your time wisely and learn from the experience and NEVER go back
Shaylee: Anywhere u go is what u make it
Todd: FOOD IS HORRIBLE......PREPARE YOURSELF
Marianna: pay the traffic fines, don't sit them out in this jail.
Anne: may god be with you your going to need it
Robyn: Pay your tickets, fines or hot checks before you go to jail. But if you go, don't take any crap from anyone. They cannot physically touch you unless you give them a reason to.
Felicia: Stay to urself do as much activities thwy offer to you so your time will pass by quickly...sleep as much as you can pray everyday because ita not fun in jail
