JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time? Luis: NONE!!!! Kelly: in the middle of the day, you are let out of
your cell for rec. time. you can play cards,
watch tv, visit with other inmates and so on Cheryl: Cards, TV, you could chat with each other. Pretty
boring stuff but do what you have to do to pass
the time. Tina: There was only small stainless steal tables to sit
at to play cards and watch a really small
television in behind a glass Shaylee: The Chaplans office once a week just to
get out of your cell Todd: none besides sleeping in cell Anne: nothing your locked down in a 6 by 8 cell with 2
other people. dont get out no programs and they
lie if they say they have them. Robyn: none that I knew of. My cellmate told me they
usually got an hour a day out of their cells to
shower or just move around the cell block. Felicia: There wasnt any other facilities that they
could send you to unless you already
signes for your time. They swnd people to
rehab in prison they put people thats done
half they time in halfway house to get
ready for the outside world and community
sentecing if its not a violent chaege
JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details. Luis: No i didnt since I was in lockdown the entire
time and was only to get out for one hour every
72 hours. They claim that they had to do that
because they were understaffed, but its a lie. Kelly: regular access Cheryl: Regular. Tina: Yes I guess if you wanted to squint at a small
screen television Shaylee: Whats the point in warching television if
you cant hear it Todd: no Anne: haha no only thing you get is if your family
sends books to you to read no tv thats a joke Robyn: What entertainment? The only entertainment was if
someone was going off of the guards like I wished
I could do. Felicia: No entertainment no tv no radio no nothing

cell that small with 2 other people in it. Robyn: I wasn't in long enough.

cells the cells is extra small so you dont
have room to move around
