Closing Advice

Interview with Blake, Tyra, Greg and Eric

JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Blake: Try and be understanding of the inmates circumstances and surroundings. Be nice.
Tyra: no
Greg: Just try to understand most of the guys are just in for Alcohol or minor Drug stuff. You wont be housed with murderers and rapists and violent people, Just people who got caught with drugs or minor stuff.
Eric: Support and love them, and pray that it is enough to make them live a better life. Also do not worry too much because unless they look for trouble, they very likely will never find any.

JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Blake: There is a reason they call it Jail.
Tyra: hand your money to someone you trust and don't leave it on the books
Greg: Just treat the people good and they will mostly do the same to you. Some of the guard's can be really mean but hey it's Jail not a Vacation. You learn which guards to avoid real quick.
Eric: Understand that it is a jail and it will not be a pleasant experience. However if you are honest and truthful and dont start confrontations you will be fine. It is a jail without a lot of problems compared to what you hear of other places, so learn from it, and move forward.

JM: Please list any other jail or rehab facilities you have been to.
Greg: None
