Interview with Christian, Robert, Terry, Diana, Gina and Cindy

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Christian: i was sentance to 90 days
Chris: I was given 10 days in jail and fines .
Robert: I spent thirty days in jail
Terry: I spent one week in the facility before my step father bailed me out.
Diana: SIx months. I only served 32 days.
Gina: 0ne year in prison spended 5 years probation no fine no probation fee
Cindy: it carries six months for that charge

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Christian: i spent one day in a holding cell no blanket no sheets it was cold the food was served cold and no utinsels to eat with and no fucking toilet paper asked the co for paper several times
Chris: Yes after being taken from the court room I was handcuffed and taken to the back of the jail to a holding cell .It was very dirty and smelled of urine.I was then taken out stripped searched my Clothes taken with my belongings and handed a jail uniform to put on and placed back in the cell I didn't know what to expect.
Robert: yes I spent over four hours in a holding cell , I guess while they were processing me or trying to find space or a bed to put me in
Terry: After court I was sentenced to one year probation and one year of anger management. With one year of suspended time. If I were to get into trouble again I would have to serve the year.
Diana: I spent about half a day in a holding cell. It was very cold and dirty. We ate balogna sandwiches and had to use the restroom in front of each other and sleep on metal benches. It was crowded.
Gina: Yes for 24 hours 2 differeent time it was very dirty and two many people then taken upstairs where I was a floater I sleep on a mat on the floor in medical the first night then they took me to f pod at 530 in the morning where I slept on the floor til about 2 in the after noon
Cindy: you go to a holding cell to either go back to your floor and get released or you get released from the holding cell if you hadnt been upstairs for any amount of time
